By My Side Mail Club is a monthly snail-mail subscription created from my love for dogs, nature, sunsets, and meaningful connection — delivered right to your mailbox across Canada.

Every month, you’ll receive:

✨ A heartfelt letter from me
✨ Two art print postcards (one to keep, one to share with someone special)
✨ A surprise goodie that changes every month

Each envelope is thoughtfully hand-packed by me at NSDGALLERY — slow mail made with intention, creativity, and care.

📬 How It Works

• Your subscription renews monthly on the same date you joined.
• All club mails are shipped together around the 20th of each month.
• To receive that month’s edition, please join before the on or before 20th.
• Orders placed after the 20th will automatically receive the following month’s mail.

Even if you join early in the month, your letter will be mailed together with all members for that edition.

🐌 Shipping & Delivery (Canada)

All mail is sent via Canada Post Lettermail (untracked) to keep shipping simple and affordable.

Estimated delivery times after mailing:

🇨🇦 Canada: 3–10 business days
🌍 USA: 7–14 business days
🌎 International: 2–4 weeks (depending on destination)

Delivery times may vary due to Canada Post processing or seasonal delays.

💳 Billing & Cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• You may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting me directly.
• Cancellation before your next billing date stops future charges.
• Once payment is processed and your mail is prepared, that month’s subscription is non-refundable.
